Our Special Edition Christmas Roast pays tribute to the time honoured tradition of barrel aging. A process that takes patience and skill to pass the on the unique flavours from barrel to glass.
We've taken our finest Brazilian house roast coffee, already bursting with rich chocolate and nutty flavours then aged in Dà Mhìle's sherry cask finished single malt barrel for 5 weeks.
Expect the warmth of the whisky to come through on the nose, then woody spice and chocolate to follow. When brewed this makes for an excellent after dinner coffee especially after a big fatty meal. When brewed as an espresso for milk drinks the warmth of the whisky really comes through. Not to dissimilar to an Irish Coffee.
All packaged up in a reusable aluminium airtight tin.
